After initially joining Guyan & Associates in 2008, Michael took time out to simultaneously raise his young son and complete an Open University degree, before returning in October 2013.

Job title: CAD Manager for M&E Installation Contractor.
Duties & Responsibilities: As the CAD Manager your duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
• Interface with the design team, operational teams, client bodies or representatives; design consultants; planning and building control authorities; specialist contractors, suppliers and manufacturers that provide system, component or manufacturing design; other key stakeholders to their projects.
• To undertake full coordination of MEP multi services within a CAD system.
• To understand the requirements of a manufacturing environment within the MEP services industry.
• To develop to final requirements and preparation of all levels on installation drawings and documentation.
• To use Autodesk Fabrication CADmep and Revit MEP.
Qualifications & Skills required:
• A relevant qualification in CAD
• Knowledge of Auto CAD with specific experience in M&E
• Eligible to live and work in the UK with a valid drivers license.
