During this time, she identified an opportunity to specialise in recruiting for Document Control and Administrative roles within the construction industry, with the remit of covering the UK. 

Prior to this, Emma worked for 12 years in IDB operations, where she was involved in the bond and derivatives market, acting as an intermediary between major financial institutions to facilitate inter-dealer trading in the City of London.

When she’s not spending time with her two daughters, Emma loves to be working out at the gym and partaking in an array of sports, including mountain climbing, boot camps, running, swimming and skiing.

Experienced MEP CAD/Revit operator

  • Are you looking for a new challenging MEP CAD/Revit operator role?
  • Leading M&E Contractor have a new requirement for an experienced CAD/Revit operator to join their CAD team to work on a variety of exciting projects.
  • The successful candidate should ideally have 3-4 years Revit experience and be proficient in AutoCad with at least 10 years industry experience.
  • This is an ongoing contract based role £30-40 p/h depending on experience.

Job title: M&E CAD/Revit Operator
 
Duties & Responsibilities: As the M&E CAD/Revit Operator your duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
 
• Managing an electronic filing structure of drawings for multiple M&E projects at any given point.
• Sending out M&E drawings to sub-contract CAD resource to get worked on, manage the communication between our client and the sub-contractor.
• Keep the M&E files updated, archive previous versions and keep the mechanical & electrical project drawing register up to date.
• Design and preparation of mechanical and electrical drawings using Revit .
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, working to tight deadlines with complex information.
• Establish an excellent rapport with the internal M&E team

Qualifications & Skills required:

• 10 years industry experience

•  3-4 years MEP Revit experience

• Knowledge of Auto CAD with specific experience in M&E

• Eligible to live and work in the UK with a valid drivers license.
