Conveniently situated in Manchester, Josh brings over three-years solid experience in M&E recruitment. And having worked on the consultancy side of Building Services, Design and also Facilities Management – he is able to offer a thorough understanding of the whole Design, Build, Operate & Manage (DBOM) process.

In his spare time, newly-married, Josh is Captain of a local football team and when he’s not on the pitch, you’ll find him and his acoustic guitar on stage in Manchester. A singer/song writer since he was 11-years-old, Josh is proud of his city’s underground music scene and often plays solo gigs when he’s not working.

About This Role


As part of continued growth, our client, an Industry Leader within the renewables/energy sector, is seeking an experienced Team Leader/Supervisor, to lead a team of Maintenance Engineers to work on a mobile basis across the North of England.

Role Overview:

  • Co-ordinate the day to day running of multiple sites, ensuring the smooth operation of Energy Centres providing alternative energy sources to a wide range of end users.
  • Achieve contractual requirements through effective coordination of nominated O&M Engineers.
  • Ensure planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance is carried out in accordance with contractual requirements
  • Provide technical assistance to clients, contractors, and work colleagues
  • Represent the company positively to clients and external agencies
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, liaising with client representatives

Person Specification

  • Experience coordinating and leading engineering teams
  • Demonstrable history as a maintenance engineer within an FM or specialist engineering environment.
  • Mechanically biased, Gas Safe registered, Electrical Competency
  • Qualified with HND/HNC/C&G/Apprenticeship in relevant engineering area.
