The Mechanical Project Manager role:
Responsible for overall leadership of the Mechanical delivery on this major project to defined cost, time and quality. You will provide influential leadership of a multi-disciplinary M&E, Building Services team managing a complex large scale multi sector project to a successful financial close.

•Integration of M&E/Building Services with all other construction activities with Joint Venture & Client

•Able to demonstrate an extensive track record of project/business delivery within the construction or related industries
•Must have the commercial acumen to understand the bigger picture, both contributing to and actively participating in delivering the project as a whole, not just M&E
•Previous M&E delivery in a multi-discipline environment essential
•High personal standards and expectations based upon detailed planning and   delivery of robust strategies.
•Customer focused, respected by all internal and external customers, based upon an open and honest working relationship, enhanced by a solution based attitude.
Experience and Qualifications:
•Preferably educated to ONC/HNC, Degree or above
•Previous management / people development experience is desired
·Experience of delivering a project on time and in budget of over £10 million
