A leading player in their field, our client is a well-established M&E commercial consultant with a history of delivering results. The successful candidate will be working autonomously to provide commercial assistance on a prestigious Data Centre in West London. You will control all post contract commercial aspects up until client handover, reporting direct to the Commercial Manager. You will be required to assist with the procurement, sub-contract commercial management, change control (variations) and final account agreements. You will be involved in monthly contract review meetings and ensure that minutes of meetings are issued promptly detailing necessary action points.
Education and Experience: 
-            Preferably educated to ONC/HNC, Degree or above
-            Ideally at least five years’ experience with an M&E contractor or M&E Commercial Consultant
-            Able to demonstrate a track record of commercial assistance on projects over £5 million (M&E)
-            Must be able to work autonomously
-            Good team player
