As a proven M&E Project Director, you will have the opportunity of working with a prestigious Building Services Contractor, boasting more than 2 centuries of experience in the Mechanical Engineering and the Construction industry. Today this award winning, market leading and pioneering M&E Contractor has 8 offices throughout the UK supported by over 2k highly skilled, Mechanical and Electrical specialists. Delivering prestigious Building Services projects from conception, installation and life cycle management, using the most advanced technologies and innovative thought processes.



The M&E Project Directors role:


Responsible for overall leadership of the M&E delivery on this major project (Circa £30m) to defined cost, time and quality. You will provide influential leadership of a multi-disciplinary M&E, Building Services team managing a complex large scale multi sector project to a successful financial close.

•Able to demonstrate an extensive track record of project/business delivery within the construction or related industries

•Must have the commercial acumen to understand the bigger picture, both contributing to and actively participating in delivering the project as a whole, not just M&E

•Previous M&E delivery in a multi-discipline environment essential

•High personal standards and expectations based upon detailed planning and   delivery of robust strategies.

•Customer focused, respected by all internal and external customers, based upon an open and honest working relationship, enhanced by a solution based attitude.


Experience and Qualifications:


•Preferably educated to ONC/HNC, Degree or above

•Previous management / people development experience would be useful, as would working within a M&E/Building Services environment.
