The client

Our client is an M&E services contractor, established for 21 years with their and has an impressive portfolio They work mainly within Commercial fit-out and refurbishment sectors with a professional approach and long-standing experience as Mechanical and Electrical contractors that are proud to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The role :

M&E Drawings Co-ordinator / CAD Co-ordinator

  • Managing an electronic filing structure of drawings for multiple projects at any given point. 
  • Sending out drawings to sub-contract CAD resource to get worked on, manage the communication between our client and the sub-contractor. 

Keep the files updated, archive previous versions and keep the project drawing register up to date

  • Design and preparation of mechanical and electrical drawings.
  • Design and preparation of mechanical and electrical drawings.
  • Additional general office duties at Management’s discretion.

 Technical Skills required :

  • Qualifications relevant to the role – CAD
  • Have a good understanding of the Mechanical and Electrical Industry
  • Self-motivated
  • Work well under pressure
  • Meet tight deadlines
  • Work accurately and effectively with minimal supervision
  • Good communication skills – written and verbal
  • Knowledge of Auto CAD with specific experience in M&E

  • Understanding of complex information and requirements
  • Good prioritisation skills and be flexible enough to adapt plans
