Responsibilities:

The role will Interfaces with the design team, operational teams, client bodies or representatives; design consultants; planning and building control authorities; specialist contractors, suppliers and manufacturers that provide system, component or manufacturing design; other key stakeholders to their projects.

Main Accountabilities:

•To the project design manager on allocated project.

•To the project CAD Leader.

•To undertake full coordination of MEP multi services within a CAD system.

•To understand the requirements of a manufacturing environment within the MEP  services

  industry.

•To develop to final requirements and preparation of all levels on installation drawings and

  documentation. 

 

Knowledge of: 

•         All aspects of MEP design and installation.

•         Autodesk Fabrication CADmep and Revit MEP.

•         Navis modules and its use in coordination.

•         Current construction Health and Safety requirements.
