Role:

As the M&E Project Manager you will be required to manage the M&E project team and supply chain to deliver the given project, cost, targets and standards. You must be able to manage external consultants (e.g. design) to enable delivery – driving value, customer focus and achievement of the project’s objectives. It will be required that you report periodically to Senior Management on project progress, risks and issues using robust reporting systems to meet the needs of the business. Managing and delivering operational excellence and efficiency is essential

Education and Experience:

·        Preferably educated to ONC/HNC, Degree or above

·        Ideally at least ten years’ experience with a National M&E contractor 

·        A strong understanding of Mechanical issues and trends in the construction sectors, including specialist markets, as well as good electrical knowledge.

·        Able to demonstrate an extensive track record of project delivery within the M&E industry

Must have the commercial acumen to contribute to and actively participate in delivering the project
