Job description | ||
As M&E Project Manager you will be planning, procuring and organizing all labour, materials and plant activities of Mechanical and Electrical projects to meet client requirements together with financial responsibility for projects ranging from £5million - £30million. In addition, you will need to ensure compliance with technical, contract, quality, legal and Health and Safety standards. To do this you will need to develop positive working relationships with clients and other departments and a multi-disciplined labour force.
The ideal candidate should be qualified to ONC/HNC Level or equivalent in a related discipline and have previously worked in the Mechanical and Electrical contracting industry with a proven track record managing Mechanical and Electrical projects including management of a labour force.
In addition you need to be a good communicator, team player and an effective leader and have a good understanding of Health & Safety and contractual requirements. | ||
