Our client requires an experienced Senior M&E Cost Manager / Cost Engineer to join their MEP Cost Management team in their offices in London.
 
You will join a growing and widely skilled team that delivers MEP cost management services for major projects, and major clients across a range of sectors within Property and Infrastructure throughout the London region and with clients worldwide. They are particularly interested in hearing from you if you have skills and experience gained working with public sector clients, local and central government, and a wide range of projects in Health, Science and Education.
 
Your CV and hands on experience will show that you have ideally worked in a consultancy or main sub-contractor environment, successfully cost managing technical projects inclusive of health / hospital, science and technology projects (to name a few). You enjoy leading clients through all stages of projects from feasibility, pre-contract and post contract ensuring value for their clients and providing you with “another success story” to add to your career highlights.
 
To be considered for this role you will have:
·         Full membership of the RICS (MRICS), or equivalent M&E professional qualification
·         Minimum of 5 years post qualification experience
·         Key sector experience to include Health particularly
·         Strong measurement and cost planning expertise (SMM7 and NRM2)
·         NEC contract management experience
·         Commercially astute with good negotiation skills
·         Excellent people person and great communicator, both client facing and team based
 
This is a full time, permanent position in response to continuing growth of the MEP Cost Management team.
